Last night I went to watch Spiderman 3 wth a colleague. Free movie, so no complains but review.The movie starts with a lot of action and suspense to make you wonder what is happening and keeping you entertain in an over 2 hours long movie time. It is cool to see the human side of spiderman as he became consume by his anger and grief.
Of course we will also wish for the best for our superhero and end the tyranny of the evil characters. I find it too naive and childish to assume that bad guys can turn into a big softie and repent for their sins.
In real life, people are sometimes way too stubborn for their own good to understand what they must do to stop hurting other people around them. Some of just trapped in their own world and have no consciousness of other people around them.
Overall, it is still a decent movie. Of course the question if little Peter Parker finally pops the questions "Will you marry me?" to Mary-Janes is forever missing. And yes yes, we know your love. Get married or get over it. Prolonging the agony of romance is not necessarily going to get audience going "aahh..." or "oohh..." when it happens.
